Our Future Dialogue began on September 26, 2025, in Würzburg with the song “What a Wonderful World” – a visual and musical prelude that not only touched the audience but also gave them food for thought. Because this world is beautiful, and we have a responsibility to preserve it. Sebastian Hölzlein, Managing Director of Alpha IC, summed it up in his keynote speech: “What will it look like for my children?” A question that affects us all – professionally and privately.
The Future Dialogue was characterized by honest exchange, inspiring ideas, and intensive workshops. Colleagues shared personal moments of impact that showed how much strength there is in our togetherness. The year 2025 was and is challenging – economically, socially, and also personally. This makes us all the more proud of our team: of the cohesion, commitment, and positive energy that have carried us through this time and will continue to do so. Especially in challenging times, it is important to strengthen our sense of unity, support each other, and not lose sight of the fun in our work. Because we are the pioneers of a future worth living.
The “4x15” format was particularly enriching, with four compact thematic blocks offering exciting insights into current developments and strategic approaches. Topics included the further development of our CRM system and the maturity assessment of companies, cooperation with public clients and the special requirements in this area, a review of the Expert Day including our entry-level products, and current facts and figures about Serthoro and Beestate.
The impulses made it clear what we want to focus on in the last quarter of the year: advancing project work, removing obstacles, and setting clear priorities. Many hands – great impact. If we support each other, we can achieve great things together. It's not just about efficiency and cost-effectiveness, but especially about delivering maximum impact with the right prioritization.
A special moment was the honoring of our long-standing colleagues. Whether five or ten years – their commitment and loyalty are a valuable part of our history. Thank you for your loyalty and your contribution to Alpha IC! Immediately afterwards, we bid farewell to a colleague entering (un)retirement for the first time at Alpha IC. His emotional words touched many of us deeply—a moment of appreciation, reflection, and confidence.
Of course, in the spirit of a dialogue about the future, we didn't just celebrate or strengthen ourselves, but also worked intensively on our future in various workshops with exciting formats—how can we work together successfully, how can we deliver even more impact, and what do we need? Once again, it was very inspiring and characterized by enormous participation. We can see that the effort put into the preparation is worth it! Thank you to everyone involved!
The future dialogue has shown that we are focusing on the right issues. Now it's time to keep at it and shape the future together with confidence and joy. There is still much to do in the world!
