Activity-based working & change management in the context of new work

In a constantly changing world, it is crucial that our working environment keeps pace with the latest trends and technologies and adapts to the needs of users. At Alpha IC, we focus on innovative solutions through joint workshops with the relevant user groups and continuous support throughout the entire change process. The goal is to design the office as a flexible, efficient, and livable place that benefits both employees and employers in the long term.

Furthermore, after moving into the new space, the process was accompanied by employee consultation hours in the new working environment in order to respond to experiences and questions. Throughout our entire consulting process, we placed a strong focus on change and communication measures as well as on objectifying emotionally charged topics. The MathWorks project is just one of many projects in our working environments service area that focused on change management. We also accompanied the New Work journey from A to Z at RESI, our new net-zero company building at our Bamberg location.

From the initial site analysis of the newly designed Human Rights Square in Bamberg, to user needs surveys and space, process, and occupancy concepts, to the development of a new design concept, including the organization of the move to the new office building, Alpha IC covered all services in the area of working environments for its own new company building called RESI. Change management was also a focus of this project. RESI is thus another successful example of Alpha IC's work environments services.
