DGNB Gold certification for Donau Side Studio Apartments in Ingolstadt

Donau Side Studio Apartments

Donau Side Studio Apartments, a joint venture between Engelhardt Real Estate Group and Pegasus Capital Partners, has been awarded the DGNB Gold certificate. Alpha IC provided intensive consulting support for the Donau Side Studio Apartments project in Ingolstadt throughout the entire certification process and made a significant contribution to achieving certification in the area of sustainable construction consulting. 

The project comprises 243 business and student apartments as well as a children's daycare center on the first floor and various lounges for general use. An underground car park with 216 parking spaces is also part of the complex, which is conveniently located in terms of transport links.
