Since 2018, Alpha IC has been presenting the “Stein-im-Brett Award” - also known as the High Performer Award - to honor employees who have achieved outstanding economic performance in their project work. In April, the time had come again and the award for 2023 was presented. 

Nadine received the sixth and final Highperformer Award with an outstanding business result. She is a consultant specializing in green building. 

The award was ceremoniously presented to her by Richard in the Cologne office. 

Daniel Zimmermann, Senior Consultant specializing in energy and facility management audits, took second place this year. Last but not least, Nicole Digel, another colleague from Cologne, achieved third place thanks to her performance. She is also a consultant specializing in green building.

All three places were awarded to colleagues from the Cologne office this year! and so it was easy for all three winners to toast their special achievement together! 

Congratulations to the three of you on this fantastic achievement and thank you for your commitment and contribution to our company's success! We are proud of you!! 

However, the award winners are well aware that they have not achieved these accomplishments alone. Rather, they were able to celebrate these successes because they have strong buddies and mentors who have supported them at all times, either in their development or in their project work. It can therefore be said that ALL colleagues are part of the success. Many thanks to ALL of you! 

Incidentally, this award is the counterpart to the ALPHA “Wegbereiter” award, which was created for special commitment to living the company values in daily consulting business or in private life. 

However, since the High Performer Award no longer fits in with Alpha IC's understanding of values, we have now awarded it for the last time!
