THE SQUAIRE office building is located in Frankfurt am Main. It is a 660-meter-long, up to 65-meter-wide and 45-meter-high nine-storey quarter. The building was constructed between 2007 and 2011 on the existing long-distance train station at Frankfurt Airport and offers additional space for offices, hotels and retail. The Squaire is connected to Terminal 1 of the airport via a direct link.
Alpha IC was commissioned by THE SQUAIRE GmbH & Co. KG to provide services in the areas of green building, commissioning and simulation for the major project "The Squaire" at Frankfurt Airport. The project was awarded the LEED® for Core & Shell 2009 certification in GOLD.
