The Ušće Shopping Center is the second largest shopping center in Serbia. There are more than 150 stores, restaurants, bars, a play paradise, a supermarket, a multiplex cinema with 11 halls and a bowling alley on six levels and a commercial area of 50,000 m².
Alpha IC's services for this project included the integration of operational and shopping center-specific requirements, the organization of future center management, coaching during the planning phase with regard to facility management and the introduction of an IT system for center management.
