Alpha IC was commissioned by Frankonia Eurobau for the Monteglaspark in Munich. Alpha's tasks included tendering and awarding FM, FM-compliant new building planning, implementation and start-up, commissioning, operating cost simulation, DGNB and LEED certification, energy concept, building simulation, building ecology consulting and technical building services planning.
